Parts Of A Log - How To Discuss

Parts Of A Log

Part of LOGARITH? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? 3

What are the parts of the logarithm called? What is the real mathematical term for parts?

What is a small index number called? Is it an argument or a basis?

What is the number G called?

And what is the value called logarithm?

So for the following example:

Log (Index 2) 16 = 4

What are 2 nodes for?

16 knots for whom?

And what are 4 knots?

2 is the basis, 16 is the argument and 4 is the answer (this is not a fixed term that I know of, you can call it UCT). Note that the logarithm is the reverse of the exponential function. Here's another way of writing it:

16 = 2Ã

2 is always the base, 4 is the exponent, and 16 is the UCT (there is another way of writing, 2 ´ = 2 * 2 * 2 * 2).

2 is the base, 16 is the number, and 4 is the logarithm. I know this sounds easy, but it's a manual term!

log (sub 2) 16 is the solution of the equation 2 x = 16,

That is x = 4.

So 2 is called the base,

4 is called exponential,

And 16 are called arguments.

lol As you said, the logical basis of the equation is 2 of 16 = 4.
