What is the difference between Milo and Ovaltine?
Australian Ovaltine
As I am an Ovaltine drinker and a friend in Australia just sent me a box of Melo, I can personally compare them. I drink my milk cold. Melo does not dissolve well in milk. I get the best results by pouring water into a glass, adding mellow and letting it cool down. Ovaltine, on the other hand, dissolves easily in cold milk.
The 2 sticks of Ovaltine contain 40 calories, 10 g of carbohydrates and no protein.
2 tablespoons Melo has 60 calories, 9 g carbohydrates, 2 g protein and 1 g.
The two products were made separately, but now Nestl has developed them.
Ovaltine material
Obviously, the same Milo and Ovaltine are different from each other.
There is a big difference in the cost of nutrition.
Both are energetic, but Melo is a strainer compared to Ovaltine, I think Ovaltine's ingredients contain whey protein, but Melo doesn't.
