I would not recommend buying one: Insignia, Element, Olevia, Magnavox, Polaroid, Westinguse or Vizio
None of this is good quality or reliable. Barn TV is exactly what you get for your money. Get Toshiba Best Buy for 279. 19 This is a better purchase with better quality and trust. If you want your TV to last longer, stick with TV names like Samsung, Panasonic, Sony and Toshiba, they have better after-sales service if you have a problem.
It really depends on the model you are looking at. Westinguse TVs are known to be old and Insignias are usually good low TVs.
