I searched for an online dictionary but couldn't find a definition. what is the meaning of this?
This word does not exist in English.
However, there is a word called incur. That means taking responsibility for the effort.
Incurrir is a verb, but the word you mentioned (Incurrsion) would be a noun if it were a real word.
So I think the speaker may have suggested a minor incident, but it is wrong to say that it is an incident.
The correct word is attack now. Means attack or sudden.
What helps, for example. :)
The OED calls it obsolete and rare and provides only one quote from 1647: the process of intervention, which seems important. If you want my opinion, there is no reason why you cannot use it as a word today. Even so, I would bet on all the money in my piggy bank that you want to deposit.
