Where can I get SS Admin Turtle in Final Fantasy 8? 3

Adminine can be launched off the coast of Admiralty north of Dolette. Admantoise alone can take down Turtle SS, but you can get more by using card mode to change cards for the same creature. At the Kings Temple (or other) near the town of Daling, Arudos also tend to kill (or catch) turtles.
