Egg powder and protein substitute? 3
I made a recipe for pumpkin bread (http: // ... I paid a lot for it), did I use some instead I can?
I only have soy protein glue powder, but I don't think it's good with pumpkin bread :)
If eggs and powder are used as sour flour, bananas will work. If you don't want your recipe, bananas, apple sauce, baking soda and baking soda can be the solution (apple jam for moisture). Water and linseed powder will be the third alternative.
If you are not sure how much to use, you can experiment, use a similar recipe as a guide, or use all the recipes.
