I always wanted to decorate the cake with real edible flowers, but I didn't know where to buy them. Does Wle Foods sell it?

Not always, but they do save it from time to time. I have two Wle meals. There is a big supermarket and it sells a lot. Others are smaller and use them less. They also sell edible flower pots in plain syrup. Not great for decorating cakes, but great for swimming in a champagne flute.
Try online for real edible flowers. Or try markets or places near rice fields or fields / villages. You are well organized. Because not all flowers are edible.
