People think that karma means good deeds are rewarded, while bad deeds are punished. Therefore, the creator of the list realized that many bad people in life escape it.
Karma actually has a much more significant meaning than the one found on Google:

Basically, a saying is what, in other words, is karma. So the quote says that some people don't get the karma they do.
