I have heard the word dachi when some people say nineteen and I want to know what it means.
Dachi is a slang / structured version of Tomodachi, which means friend. Dachi is a dialect for friends, but it is usually used by lower class youth.
I think that means the end. It should not be used in the context of Tomodachi. (2), but it can be interrupted or cut.
