If your teeth are not very sensitive, you can do so with care not to touch the inside of your cheeks or damage your eyelids, and at least wash your face with mouthwash afterwards ( A good brush is even better.
Eating oreos like oreos is fine. Then brush your teeth because they can get stained easily if you don't use them.
If you really want ID Oreo, ask for it dipped in milk, tea or sauce.
If I had, I wouldn't have eaten Orioles, because they often make my face dirty.
To sweeten tea with milk, I never drank, so I say eat with milk.
