I have had Remington Wet 2 straightener for over a year now and I always use the blue setting because it goes off automatically and I wonder if it is for wet hair or dry. I lost my hand and it says nothing about iron. I used blue and wondered if green works better (I only straighten my hair when it is dry). Thank you very much (:

The device will indicate if your hair is wet or damp. After all, it's called Wet2Straight, not Dry2Straight. Blue setting for wet / damp hair. Think blue for water. You like it to stay dry, so change it to green (dry hair). To the left of the ignition is the key you want to press. The wet (blue) setting is designed for high temperatures: 2530 wet and 2025 wet. Therefore, water can evaporate in the form of vapor. The dry (green) setting is designed for temperatures below 020 because the hair is already dry. The default setting for wet / damp hair (green) is 15 when you turn on the ironing.
