I've had this problem for months, my local Walgreens faxed to my doctor (we check every time they use the correct fax number) and the doctor's reception says they didn't find anything.
I finally called, the pharmacy said we had sent him three faxes today, and the receptionist said he hadn't received anything, but he had received very good faxes from other places.
what I have to do?!? I don't want to accuse anyone of lying or incompetence but they should fix it. Please help yourself!

Okay ... I thought this was your doctor's office. Our doctor was like that ... He always said he was in groups so he wouldn't leave them or anything. If their policy is to prevent them from faxing prescription medication advice, they will likely look at the application and simply throw it away. what will you do?
