Hey, if I do Stretch X in the morning, in addition to my regular P90x workout, will it help me become more flexible and prevent my muscles from contracting during the workout?

I don't think it hurts to stretch every day, I don't think it makes any sense. If you want to work more in the morning, stop working. Do Ab Ripper X 3 days a week, then do Stretch X 2 days a week. Or you can do extra cardio exercise once a week.
In my new Hired program, I offer Slim & 6 Pack twice a week, Ab Ripper X 1 morning a week, and an AM yoga program twice a week. Help avoid speculation.

The heating and cooling sections of each DVD should suffice. But if you think you need more, I can't imagine it being painful to pull a DVD every day. I think it will do what it takes to help you become more flexible. However, I think it is enough to do it 23 times a week.
Stretg makes you versatile! Relax your muscle tissue! When you exercise yourself, you have less muscle tension and what not. Pulling is important for any stress that is a real concern. When it comes to cheerleading, you may be dealing with successful and selective tasks. It's a good idea to stretch until you fall asleep!
