Millet is actually whole condensed milk, which is quite different. I've been told that plain condensed milk usually works well, but not exactly.

I use cream instead of milnot. It tastes good when used, but not very well
Millet is just condensed milk. You can find condensed milk at Kitchen Island, your favorite supermarket.
