I bleach my hair and always use 20 volumes. But a little less. I have 40 flights. Developer and it's very powerful ... Can I combine 2 for Developer 30 Volume? It's not like I've mixed any harmful chemicals or anything like that. Or will they not meet?

Here's the deal with it. Your hair is naturally a little red, like most brunettes. You get blonde and that's orange. Your hair turns red.
