I think most of us, including ourselves, feel that way at some point in our lives. What helps me deal with the frustrations and problems of everyday life is that these are the conditions that help us develop character. It doesn't force us to do bad things, but because we have free will, we often make bad decisions that put us in trouble and put us under pressure.
