I have a spark sheet that says:
Each of you will write ...
Each one of you is ... I find that part strange. Isn't it grammatically correct to say that each of you ...? Are they interchangeable?

updateFor information, I'm 15 years old, so it's not appropriate. So be rude to the Southern stereotype (a word) and make it look like they don't speak well.

If you graph this sentence (we did this years ago when we were going to school), you will know that everyone (singular noun) is subject and you are going to edit this sentence. Since the verb must be in accordance with the subject, the correct singular verb is es. They are plural (we, they). If this sounds weird, it's because we're used to bad grammar.
Each of you is correct because it applies to 2 people.
