Craftmatic Bed Remote Control Replacement

I couldn't find an alternative remote to control my craft Mac bed.

We have an adjustable king size bed in the craft (two beds combined). Tip is more like PNE plugin. I've checked one site at a time, but I can't find a place to get a replacement check. The same contact number was provided on the Craftimex website, but the man did not know where to call or see and said he should find me. Does anyone else have a graffiti bed that needs to be replaced? And if so, where did you get it?

I don't know how long your bed is, but since this thing hasn't come in a long time, I think it's relatively new and has some kind of G-warranty. I will try to call Craft and if that person doesn't help you talk again, ask your manager to talk to you. So if they still don't get help, suggest contacting the government consumer protection agency and saying the company doesn't support their action. Also suggest that if you have a habit of dealing with clients, there will be legal recourse and you should contact your lawyer.
