It seems so, but I haven't been able to find the right ■■■■ in my whole life ... where is it?
I don't know what year your two-end country is, but the following guidelines may apply to your truck, the same from year to year.
1. Pull the release lever on the inner panel below the steering column.
2. Walk to the front of the car and look at the center of the outer hole. Then simultaneously find the safety lock lever by increasing the outer diameter and push to the right.
Your OD may have a bracket to hold it in the open position, unless you have a hydraulic arm.

You may have found it and it may not work because the od is on. When you pull the ■■■■, ask someone to pull the next part of the od. This is often the case with my minivan.
It will be just below the panel next to Ke Park. I have a Dodge 95 02 trailer.
Look at the picture on the right with these C-shaped tabs (I just don't know the year to help).
