Carolina Mattress Guild Warranty - How To Discuss
Carolina Mattress Guild Warranty
Has anyone been deceived by the Carolina Mattress Guild? 3
I bought a mattress with a 20 year warranty. At least that's what the card at the foot of the bed says. A few days later, the moss under my husband actually migrated to me ... he was over six inches tall. I checked my warranty card with a tag you can't remove and it only has a 10 year warranty. Worse, I called the place I bought to let the manufacturer know, and they said they had so many problems with this company that they didn't care! Carolina Mattress Guild does not answer my calls! Help! what I have to do! The seller told me I could buy it for someone else, but I did not want them to buy it with this mattress.
Or there
sorry to hear that.
Have you tried calling BBB ... or the ombudsman? Sometimes they can help.
For example, dissolve rapidly.

This is an unusual question. I am, so to speak, an inner mattress. I don't want to reveal too much, but I work for a manufacturer, not a reseller. Bed warranties are difficult and long to estimate. What we don't tell the general public is that if a bed breaks, it breaks very quickly. Usually within the first two months. Also hardly coil system, mainly foam. Manufacturers only provide foam each week to save money. They must be contradictory. So G3, like Sally, Siemens is G3. They have a permanent unit and have been around for years. But are you skeptical? They are not making much money yet as 800 other independent producers have been mentioned. Here's another one for you, a huge chain of stores called G-Sandy in West Wales. Call there and ask Carolina Beds, who gives a great business talk ... they're dragged down to find what they found ...

The seller told me I could replace it with another, but I didn't want them to buy it with the mattress. I do not understand this part. You buy the ■■■ from this dealer and they are ready to exchange it. What is the real problem here? If the dealer selling this broken mattress accepts it, why do you care? It is your responsibility to sell quality products and resolve any issues. It is not your responsibility to follow the manufacturer.
He is the best sales person at the store where you bought your ■■■, very smart when it seems boring and you work with the manufacturer instead of your company selling you the goods.
Change your mattress for another, don't buy another, problem solved.
Replace the mattress and ask for a written (dated and signed) warranty.
This company knows what happens when low quality mattresses are bought for resale. Grab your new mattress and make sure it looks even better. Personally, if I could, I would get my money back and turn to a reputable company.
You should have inquired, researched and purchased here, now that you have purchased it, my best advice would be to call the TV channel and tell them what's going on.
