What is the name of Atapchi in English or any other language? 3
Hi, I'm trying to explain the ingredient called roofing to someone who is quite western and has never tried a local dish like Malay.
Sounds like Atapchi / Attapci jelly, but it's tough with a crispy jelly texture. Commonly found in desserts, especially as ice and / or frozen peanuts.
I wonder what other names it has. I heard from Saba and saw the plant. Very unique =).

Atapchi is very common in the northern peninsula of Malaysia. My mother always bought it out of respect for the sanctuary I used.
